Get your branded item into every attendee’s hands as a part of the conference tote bag given out at the registration desk during check-in. The bag includes the Exhibitor Passport Challenge entry card for a prize drawing at the end of the conference and a logos to recognize sponsors, agenda, etc. We are anticipating between 450 and 500 attendees this year.

- All sponsorship sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE
- Complimentary tickets must be redeemed via a promo code (sent after purchase)
- All individuals attending the conference must be registered. Sponsors with included ticket package will use a "promo code" to register their individual attendees at no additional cost.
- Sponsors must complete their Directory Information to be included in the Directory and logo displays for emails, announcements and website listings NLT 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. → https://tinyurl.com/2025DirectoryForm
