SAME Member Tickets
This conference offers a discounted registration rate for current members of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).
To purchase a SAME Member Ticket, you must be an active SAME member at the time of registration. All attendee memberships will be verified.
To find your SAME Member ID, visit www.same.org and log in to your account from the top navigation bar by selecting Login > My Account. Your Member ID will be listed under your member status.
Discounted member registration ends Monday, June 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM EDT.
Non-Member Tickets
Non-members are welcome to attend the conference. A discounted non-member ticket rate is available through Monday, June 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM EDT.

Government / Active Duty Tickets
The government rate is available only to current Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and other civilian federal government agency employees who are attending in their official government capacity.
Registrants must use a .gov or .mil email address when registering. Registrations submitted without a .gov or .mil email address will be cancelled.
Non-Profit / Fully Retired Tickets
The non-profit rate is available to attendees representing a non-profit organization, association, or academic institution.
Registrants using this ticket type must register with a .org or .edu email address. Registrations submitted without a .org or .edu email address will be cancelled.
Full-time students and industry interns should register using the appropriate SAME Member or Non-Member industry ticket.
The fully retired rate is available only to individuals who are no longer representing an organization, firm, company, agency, or consulting practice in any capacity. Fully retired registrants should enter N/A for firm/organization during checkout.
