SAME DC/NoVA Posts have a professional photographer on-site capturing the 18th Annual Industry Day and Small Business Conference. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded, and to SAME DC/NoVA's use of those images for promotional, website, and social media purposes.

Professional photography and Presentation Slides will be shared with attendees after the event (see the Downloads & Links page).

What's allowed:

• Short-form, edited video clips (e.g., reels, social posts) in the Exhibit Hall and networking/matchmaking spaces — tag us #2026SAMEDCNOVASBC!

• Personal or Sponsorship/Exhibitor Marketing photos throughout the venue

What's not allowed:

• Recording or live-streaming full Main Stage sessions in any form. This protects our speakers' content and intellectual property.

• Attendees who violate this policy will be asked to stop and may be asked to leave the session or event.

Sharing what you hear:
You're welcome to share takeaways and insights from Main Stage discussions, but please do not attribute specific remarks or quotes to individual speakers or their organizations without their permission. This allows for open, candid dialogue on stage.
