Use of the Opt-in Attendee List

Only registered attendees of the event have access to the Opt-in Attendee List.

Only Titanium, Platinum, and Gold Sponsors are authorized to use the opt-in attendee list for the purpose of sending one (1) individual email communication to all registered attendees. The attendee list MAY NOT be used to add recipients to ongoing mailing lists, nor may it be used for any mass or bulk email campaigns by exhibitors, sponsors, or other participants. Gold and Platinum sponsors are required to include a clear option for recipients to opt-in prior to adding any attendee to future distribution lists or ongoing email communications. Any misuse of the attendee list constitutes a violation of conference policy and may result in sanctions, including exclusion from future SAME events. 

PDH Certificate

Attendees may earn up to nine (9) Professional Development Hours (PDHs) for attending all eligible educational sessions during the conference. A single PDH certificate will be provided to attendees, listing all sessions and corresponding hours. Participants are responsible for determining whether these PDHs meet the requirements of their individual state licensing boards. SAME is a recognized provider of continuing education; however, acceptance of PDHs may vary by jurisdiction or credentialing authority.
