Volunteer at the 2025 SAME DC & NoVA Small Business Conference

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 17th Annual SAME DC & NoVA Posts Small Business Conference, taking place July 8–9, 2025 at Capital Turnaround in Washington, DC.

Volunteers are essential to the success of this event and play a key role in creating a welcoming, well-organized experience for our attendees.

Volunteer roles include:

• Registration Desk (Day 1 & Day 2)

• Matchmaking Support (Day 2 only)

• Lunch Service Support (Day 2 only)
  
  

You may sign up for multiple shifts as long as you can commit to the full time slot. All volunteers must be registered conference attendees and should plan to arrive at the registration desk 15 minutes prior to their scheduled shift to receive instructions.

While there is no discounted registration for volunteers, we are proud to recognize your contributions:
